Our school is heavily oversubscribed and the concern is that we would have to compromise on the quality
of training offered at our institution if we accepted all the requests for school places. We need to
expand our rehabilitation activities specifically targeting students who reach the age of 18 after which
they are not encouraged to stay at the school. With this in mind, a new building is under construction
and despite very generous donations from two families in the USA and Kuwait (The Kailath Family Trust,
Sarah & Prof. Thomas Kailath in the USA and The Kolangikombil family in Kuwait.) and very healthy
local fund raising, we need further substantial help from well-wishers to complete and equip the new
rehabilitation centre.
